We offer scholarships to select high school seniors, providing financial assistance to help them pursue their college education.
2025 Star Communications Scholarship
It is with great pleasure that the Board of Directors of Star Communications has chosen to offer the Star Communications Scholarship Program to all 2025 area high school seniors. The scholarship program is open to all high school seniors who have one of the Star Communications services in their residence on record with their respective school (proof of service will be required) and plan to further their education at a four-year College, University or Community College.
If you are interested in applying for one of the five $1,000 (non-renewable) scholarships, view the information below. All applications must be postmarked by Monday, March 3, 2025. If you have any questions, please email tpage@stmc.net.

Additional Scholarships
Star Communications is excited to take part in the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) Scholarship program again. FRS, in partnership with NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association, works to improve life in rural America by helping people better understand issues related to rural internet and communications. One of their goals is to support education for students in rural areas. This year, they will be awarding several $2,500 scholarships to students across different parts of the United States. The competition is strong, but we are hopeful that a student from our service area will earn one of these prestigious scholarships! The application deadline is February 14, 2025.
